Dry Erase Board, $1

it's way easy. my favorite way to make this cool little gift is with dried leaves behind it.

so, it's way ok to write on glass with expo markers. so why not snag a frame from Dollar Tree, and do THIS!

Here's how I did the leaves behind it.....

grab some leaves from your yard, and stick them between paper towels.

don't worry about leaving them in the dictionary for 3 weeks!!!! that's silly. just microwave them. 10 seconds at a time, please! don't burn your house down.

i put my crispy little leaves behind some semi-translucent paper, and framed it up. perfect gift.

you can go the easy route and frame some fabric. this one's on my desk here at school. :)

  1. definitely one of those "why didnt iiiii think of that" projects!

  2. you could also write/paint things that you wanted on there permanently on the back of the glass... ie. your name at the top or grid it to make a calendar

  3. GREAT idea, Anonymous! Do it and send me pictures!

  4. cute idea...although it looks really cheap.

  5. I appreciate constructive criticism! truth is, it was very cheap. i bet that a more expensive frame would jazz it up nicely. :)
    thanks for the comment!

  6. You. Are. Brilliant.

  7. You are so creative with these crafts!!!!!!! How do you come up with all of your ideas? :):):):)
